Job Summary
We are in search of part time Janitors to perform cleaning services at our customer site in Madison, WI. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean facility by completing a variety of cleaning tasks.
Key Job Functions
- Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools and phones
- Mop, Buff and vacuum floors
- Clean the interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows and walls
- Clean surfaces with disinfectant
- Ensure proper disinfecting procedures are followed
- Empty trash cans and/or recycling bins
- Maintain outdoor grounds
- Remove debris and snow from sidewalks
- Empty trash and recycling bins
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education and Qualifications
- Custodial Experience preferred
- Ability to work independently or as a team member
- Ability to communicate effectively and follow oral and written instruction
